Sukanya Badri holds over 20 years of experience mainly in B2B consulting involving business, markets, people and in finance. She has worked in diverse and complex business situations involving local and global growth strategies, markets and talent situations, partnering with start-ups, SMEs and Fortune 100 conglomerates. Her sector exposure includes manufacturing, process, services and technology areas. As a senior leader at Indian and global consultancies, she has been involved extensively in building and leading businesses. She has also led multicultural teams in global projects in APAC, Europe and the US. Sukanya has a unique ability to take a holistic approach to understanding business needs and their solutioning, and to cross-pollinate ideas, with her multi-domain, multi sector and multi culture exposure.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, she has had extensive training in Europe in leadership and coaching, and also holds a certification in HR from George Mason Univ. (US). She regularly contributes to business media and blogs and is a visiting faculty member of International Business at BIM, Trichy.
Jayanthi Badrinath

Jayanthi has 20+ years of global experience across business consulting, marketing strategy and implementation, project management and programming. Having been a part of global tech companies as well as a marketing services firm, she brings in a unique perspective to marketing and consulting. As a consultant, Jayanthi has worked with a diverse mix of companies including Fortune 100 to mid-size players as well as start-ups. These engagements have given her a good opportunity to garner best practices from all types of organizations and apply them appropriately.
Jayanthi currently works with several global brands in tech and non-tech domains. She is adept at ensuring process definition and compliance, delivery excellence and managing key accounts – both in India and in the US. Her areas of specialization include customer centricity, digital marketing, customer analytics, business plans, and so on. Apart from advising clients in the marketing space, she has conducted workshops for diverse organizations to support learning and development in marketing, business plans, planning and forecasting, and so on. As a business leader, she has been involved in shaping company’s goals, and achieving them by ensuring delivery excellence and client delight. She has contributed to business development, solution ideation, thought leadership, engagement and delivery management and other initiatives.
Jayanthi is an Electronics and Communications engineer from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore and holds an M.B.A from Wayne State University, USA.
